SSMN screenings are always free, and attendees are welcome to BYOB. A group discussion will follow at a local bar or restaurant post-film. Please bring cash to simplify settling the check.

Heads up: our new weekday hours start today. We’re now open 1-9 pm Monday-Thursday no 11am-10pm Friday-Sunday.
THIS Sunday, 1/25 at 4 PM we are rockin’ an incredibly great screening over at Melodies Cafe! We’ll be showing a film I consider to be the greatest of all time (it’s a three way tie): Man With the Movie Camera. The screening shall be followed by a discussion group. The movie is a 1928 Russian silent that can be enjoyed by all…I’m probably bringing my 4 year old, and Godard named his film-making collective after the director back in the 60s if that gives you a sense of how everyone can get something out of this film! Come on out and party with us!!!
Sorry, but “Love, Rosie” isn’t on DVD as of yet. We’ll carry it when it does get released, though!
We certainly do! On both DVD and Bluray.
We’ve got THE STUNT MAN, but not the others. I’ll add them to my list of requests and try and pick them up some time down the road.
